The central lock existence on a car is very helpful. This allows the driver to lock and open the door without having to change position. However, it would be a problem when central lock suddenly jammed. Usually, it happens because the connecting cable is cut. Or the motor locker no longer in function.

If you meet these conditions, you do not need to panic. There are simple ways to outsmart:

1. Open the door panel(door trim) first. Loosen and remove holding bolts of the central lock motor. Then put off the motor from the seat and lock handlebar.

2.Check cable connection with tespen to see if the electricity is still flowing to the motor.

3. Connect the motor directly to the battery to check if the motor lock function properly. When you hear normal sound, it means there is no problem. Motor does not work properly when there is a motor gear worn or broken. To check the motor break the lock with an electric drill.

4. See the condition of motor gear in both of the motor or its trunk. If the worn not too bad, filings the motor gear to return into basic shape.

5. If the motor gear has fatal damaged or broken, change motor gear by changing the thickness of the rubber stopper. In order to move the rod until it touches the gear that worn out or been broken.

6. After that reinstall the motor lock and check does it work perfectly. Install the lock on the door motor. Set the motor position to complete its motion before tightening the bolt holders.

7. Check the condition of connecting handlebars, make sure nothing hooked and can work well.

8. Do not forget to reinstall the door panel in place.
